Affiliation form
The affiliation form is for clubs/groups/organisations which support the APDHA.
Social Membership
Social membership is for partners of current members and is free.
* Corporate fees are only $20.00 per year if the Corporate entity is willing to sponsor APDHA events and/or membership prize draws. Otherwise its $80.00 per year.
